What happens

  • Your member access ends on every device when the request is accepted.
  • Final deletion is scheduled after 90 days. It removes your profile, contact details, organization association, and linked membership applications and event submissions. Staff review associated records and service-provider copies before confirming completion.
  • Until then, the coalition can restore your account if you change your mind. Contact them before the 90 days are up.
  • Save the private status link provided after your request. It confirms when deletion is complete and can be opened without signing in. Contact the coalition if a request has not completed by its scheduled date.
  • Public alerts on your phone are not tied to your account. To stop them, turn off notifications for the app in your device settings.

Other records

Shared coalition documents and published events belong to the coalition. Deletion removes your account attribution; staff review any personal details inside shared content separately. An account placeholder and delivery records without your account attribution remain to preserve record integrity. Your independently chosen public alert subscription continues.

Restricted recovery copies expire on the hosting platform's backup schedule: seven days for recovery history, 30 days for daily archives and 366 days for monthly archives. Superseded archive versions expire after seven days; storage-provider expiration processing may take additional time. These copies are for disaster recovery, and completed deletions must be reapplied before a recovered system is put back into service.

Contact the coalition about personal information in older submissions, uploaded files or bug reports so these can be included in the review.
